Would You Like Some Tea?

Sooooo... I was planning to wait to adopt a guinea pig until August after a camping trip, but I went to this petting zoo on Thursday that I had planned on adopting from in the future with my neighbors last week on June 28th and saw her up for adoption, and I just needed her She was the runt of the little family, and she was so pretty and such a sweetheart I really wanted an abyssinian guinea pig (cause they have that cute fluffy, spikey hair, plus the little mohawk!) and I wanted her to be a female (since female rodents don't have that musky smell), and she fit the job! xD So I adopted her and she came home with me that day I named her Amber I actually wasn't really a fan of the name before, but when I was holding her, it just seemed to suit her, it was probably the colors

So yesterday, I tricked my cousin Ashley into believing I wanted her to come over for a tea party, and she didn't know I had the little girl yet so I surprised her xD I can't believe she bought it!! And then we had a fun little photo shoot taking pictures of her in all the teacups The little flower in her hair is actually a little paper flower with a circular shaped sticker on the back, I didn't wanna put a little clip in her hair that would hurt her roots

She actually is quite sassy and has a little attitude, believe it or not xD She nips a little, but not to hurt me, just to tell me she doesn't like something. She makes all these funny little noises too, and she gets cranky when she's hungry lol She likes 'popcorning' in her cage, it's hilarious watching her get some air, hahaha. She also is very picky with her food just like me xD We're still getting used to each other and trying to bond ^^ She's also already grown about an inch and it's only been 6 days!

I used a photoshop action to make this a little prettier, by , the 'Nature' action, and took off a few layers of it to fit what I wanted the result to look like

Many more to come soon, when I feel like taking the time to make the photos prettier I probably took like 50+ photos of her in the past few days but I selected maybe 4 or 5 that are good enough to upload
