My late entry for the Spring Contest for

Anatomy and digitally coloring are a pain in the--- When voting is available, I'll link you guys to it in my journal, and if you like my entry and think I deserve it, please vote! I worked really hard to make this look purdy >3< And I really really want the prize ;A; I've never had a membership before >.<; I'm actually really proud of this I'm happy with how her hands came out, considering hands are a huge struggle for me often.

About the entry: out of all of the characters, Rikki stood out the most to me, the way her style is (soft light things, like her dress, with darker, more rugged things, like her boots and jacket) and it has a pretty unique contrast that makes for a cool look I also like that she's got deep blue eyes and white hair, I thought that was really pretty ^^ For my spring theme, I just had this idea to have her holding a branch from a cherry blossom tree. I kinda missed out on my cherry blossom trees blooming this year cause they decided to bloom while I was away in Hawaii... I have one in my front yard and one in the backyard, and I mean, I saw them in full bloom THE DAY I LEFT, but the day I came back they were already mostly done and lost most of the flowers ANYWAYS. The point of that little story is that I drew the cherry blossoms in her hand cause I wish I'd seen them, so seeing the ones I drew sort of... accommodated for that? I guess? xD Don't ask me to explain my logic, it will never make sense xP
